Cross Country Program www.ACYS.org / 407-521-2243 The Cross Country program offers athletes the opportunity to develop a love for running and fitness in a fun Christian environment. Cross Country Running, not your primary sport? That's ok, the ACYS Cross Country Program is a great way for athletes to stay in shape inbetween seasons and will aide in developing speed, agility, explosiveness and edurance. The ACYS Cross Country Program is a great way for athletes to learn proper running techique for both sprinting and distance, which will reduce the risk of injury in other sports. Why participate in multiple sports? Participating in multiple sports allows athletes to change focus and prevent burnout from training in their primary sport.

Program Age	5 to 15 Years Old
Program Details	The Cross-Country program is practical running experience that will grow with their overall athletic skills & encourage fitness and health for their lifetime.
